Resource Directories for women

Resource Directories for Women in Kolkata and South & North 24 Parganas, Howrah & Hoogly

Women and children who experience violence and discrimination need a variety of support services, particularly in crisis situations. However more often than not, they do not know whom they can approach for help. There are numerous organizations in Kolkata that provide these services but information about them is not easily available and tends to be limited.

The Women’s Resource Directories bridge this gap by bringing together information about the availability of these services in a handy format that women and children can keep with themselves at all times. The directory is an effort to provide easy access to information and assistance to women, children as well as organizations working with them. It provides detailed lists of organisations supporting women, including those with specific needs such as women with disability, in Kolkata and other districts.

Here are the links to our resource directories to help you find other local services.
